SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

運送 & 退貨條款

只限網購：​

​

• 由SOFASOGOOD ONLINE SHOP (SFSG LIMITED) 出售，7-60天內出貨——包安裝。

• 送貨費$150-350至港九新界 (東涌加 $200、馬灣加 $150 及愉景灣加 $500，大譚、深水灣、淺水灣、石澳、赤柱、山頂、沙頭角、布袋澳加收$50)，其它地區請向商戶查詢另行報價。
• 村屋只免費送貨到樓下, 如送貨地址貨車不能直達而需要推路，首100米平地免費，如有梯級及超過100米有附加費用。如送貨地址沒有升降機，上樓每層加$100。

• 如送貨資料有任何錯漏，可能會導致送貨有所延誤。

• 送貨時間為星期一至六

• 送貨正常會提前預約時間，如果更改時間顧客需要提前2天，如沒有通知下改期而運輸按預約時間送到，客人則需額外自理每程運費加$100。

• 圖片只供參考，不同顯示器亦可能造成商品圖片與實物存在的一定色差。

• 此商品不可退貨/退款。

Shipping & Return Terms

Products sold by SOFASOGOOD ONLINE SHOP (SFSG LIMITED) will be delivered within 7–60 days, including installation service.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fee ranges from HKD $150–$350 within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Additional charges apply for the following areas:

  • Tung Chung: +HKD $200

  • Ma Wan: +HKD $150

  • Discovery Bay: +HKD $500

  • Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Stanley, The Peak, Sha Tau Kok, Po Toi O: +HKD $50

For other locations, please contact us for a separate quotation.

Village Houses & Special Access Conditions

  • For village houses, free delivery is limited to ground level only.

  • If the delivery location is not directly accessible by truck and requires manual handling:

    • First 100 metres (flat ground) is free

    • Additional charges apply for:

      • Stairs

      • Distances exceeding 100 metres

  • If there is no lift available, an additional HKD $100 per floor will be charged.

  • ​

Delivery Arrangements

  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.

  • Delivery appointments will be arranged in advance.

Rescheduling policy:

  • Changes must be made at least 2 days in advance

  • If delivery proceeds as scheduled without prior notice of change, an additional HKD $100 per trip will be charged

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays.

  • Product images are for reference only. Variations in colour may occur due to different display settings.

  • All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Overseas Shipping

SOFASOGOOD® can assist in recommending third-party logistics providers for overseas delivery from Hong Kong to Mainland China, Macau, or other regions.

We can also coordinate with your preferred logistics provider to ensure a smooth delivery process.
